To schedule an appointment
- For an online or in-person sessions in Kyoto office, please email your request for available times at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Please include accurate contact details and describe your situation.
*The office is open on Thursdays/Fridays 7:00pm-9:00pm and weekends & holidays 10:00am-5:00pm (JPN time). - You can expect to hear back from your inquiry with a paypal link within 24 hours. We kindly ask our clients to pay the cost of session.
- After the payment has been made, we will send out a confirmation email to finalize your appointment.
- No refunds for canceled appointments and no rescheduling. We will appreciate it if you could be courteous and give us at least 24 hours notice if you cannot make it.
- We also ask for all my clients to wear a face mask and no guests accompany you to your appointment (spouse, children, etc.)
